Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout is guest-only: name, shipping address and payment. Nothing else.
How are orders fulfilled?
We hold real stock in the UK. Orders are processed on working days and dispatched promptly. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
How can I pay?
By card (processed securely by Stripe). Business customers can also request a quote for invoice-based ordering.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, and your order confirmation breaks the VAT amount out for your records.

Can I return something?
Yes: 30 days, unused and in original packaging, full refund. See Returns.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We do. Tell us what you need on the Corporatepage and we’ll come back with volume rates, invoice terms and a named contact.
